Description

Picture of a water splash on a Lotusen (Nelumbo en 'Mrs. Perry D. Slocum') a cross between Nelumbo lutea and Nelumbo nucifera 'Rosea Plena'. Due to the waterproof properties of the leaf, the water beads and runs off of the leaf leaving it dry. Photo taken in the Pond at the Chanticleer Garden, where it was identified.
